There is no special running on this page at the moment, and we are not going to dress up an ordinary price as a discount. Honestly, the best way to save money on pest control is to avoid paying for the wrong treatment, and that part we can help with any day of the year.
Free quotes and photo identification
Every quote we give is free. Before that, you can often skip a visit altogether: send a clear photo of the insect, the droppings or the damage on WhatsApp and we will tell you what it is. Plenty of photos turn out to be something harmless, or something a supermarket product will handle, and we will say so. Phone 021 012 5825 if you would rather talk it through.
A good quote should tell you what pest you have, what will be used and where, whether a follow-up is needed and what you have to do before and after. If a quote is just a number, ask questions until it is more than that.
Why a cheap once-off spray often costs more
The lowest price is usually a single blanket spray with no inspection. It looks like good value until the pest comes back, and with some pests it makes things worse.
- German cockroaches scatter from sprays into wall voids and appliances, and the infestation spreads to rooms that were clear.
- Rats and mice keep coming if the gap they use is still open, so you pay again every winter.
- Ants lose a trail and the colony simply opens another one from the nest under the paving.
- Bed bugs survive in mattress seams and bed frames that a quick spray never touched.
Paying once for an inspection and a targeted treatment that deals with the source almost always works out cheaper than paying three times for a spray that does not.
When combining treatments in one visit makes sense
A technician on site, with the equipment in the van, is the expensive part of any call-out. If you have more than one problem, it is worth mentioning them all when you book rather than calling back for each.
- Rats in the roof and cockroaches in the kitchen can usually be handled on the same visit.
- Selling a house? A beetle inspection and a general treatment before the new owners move in can be booked together.
- Fleas from the dog often come with a garden problem as well, and treating inside and out at the same time stops reinfestation from the lawn.
- Landlords between tenants can have an empty unit treated for several pests at once, while every cupboard and corner is reachable.
Combining is not always right. Some treatments need rooms empty or ventilated in ways that clash with others, and we will tell you if two jobs are better done apart.
Contracts for businesses
For restaurants, warehouses, schools and body corporates, a scheduled contract pest control service usually costs less over a year than a string of emergency call-outs, and it gives you the records an auditor or health inspector wants to see. Pricing is based on the site, so the first step is a survey. Food businesses can read about the written pest report on our contractual pest management page.
The minimum 3-month guarantee
Every treatment carries a minimum 3-month guarantee, and you get a written report after each visit. That guarantee is part of the value of a quote, so compare it when you are weighing up prices. Ask any company you are considering what happens if the pest returns, how long cover lasts and what you need to do to keep it valid. If they cannot answer clearly, that cheaper quote may not be cheaper. Whoever you use, keep the report and act on its recommendations, because sealing the gap or fixing the leak it mentions is what makes the treatment last.
Asking about current specials
Rather than checking back here, the simplest thing is to ask when you call or WhatsApp us. Mention your suburb, the pest and the size of the property, and the conversation moves quickly from there. If there is something running that fits your job, we will tell you. If there is not, you will still get a free quote and an honest view on whether you need us at all. You can also see the full range of services on the pest control in Cape Town page.

Common questions
How quickly can you come out?
Most bookings are done within about 48 hours, depending on the season. After-hours and weekend visits can be arranged, and the 24-hour line is there for urgent advice and bookings.
Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
Yes, when the instructions are followed. We use the least-toxic option that will work, place baits in tamper-resistant stations, and tell you exactly how long to keep children and pets out of treated areas, which for most gel and bait treatments is not at all.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Send us a photo on WhatsApp or call 021 012 5825, and we will identify the pest and give you a quote.
What if the pests come back?
All our treatments carry a minimum 3-month guarantee. If the same pest returns in that period, we come back and deal with it.
Do you do beetle certificates for property transfers?
Yes. We inspect for wood-destroying beetles and issue the Certificate of Compliance that conveyancers need when a house is sold in the Western Cape.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Cape Town and the Boland, from Atlantis and Melkbosstrand to Simon's Town, Khayelitsha and Gordon's Bay. We are based in Brackenfell.
